Using the End of Year screens

To make changes in the End of Year screens:

  1. In Novopay Online go to My School > Employment Changes > Employee Changes.

  2. Select End of Year in the Change Category field on the School Selection screen.

  3. Click Next. All employee records will display in the Select Employee(s) to change screen.

  4. Display the employee records that you want to update. You can:
    • Filter by employee group (using the dropdown arrow)
    • Search for an employee (type their first name, surname, MoE number or IRD number in the selection fields. Press Tab.
    • Untick all of the displayed records by clicking in the header row. Tick the box next to the employee(s) you want to update. Click Confirm to refresh the list. Only the first 50 employees will display. Click Next to see more.

  5. Click Confirm to display the End of Year screen. The screen displays a selection of employees sorted alphabetically by surname. It will default to display five employees at a time. You can view up to 25 at a time using the drop down option, and click Next for more.
